Article 1 – General

1.1 "Customer" refers to any (potential) buyer of products or services from JEEP PARTS JEF.

1.2 These terms are available on the website and can be sent by post upon request.

1.3 They apply to all offers, orders and agreements.

1.4 They also apply to third parties acting on behalf of JEEP PARTS JEF.

1.5 Deviations must be agreed in writing.

1.6 If any clause is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

1.7 We reserve the right to modify the terms without notice.

1.8 Pictures are not binding and return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

Article 2 – Offers and Agreements

2.1 Our offers are binding unless an obvious error has occurred.

2.2 The administration of Jeep Parts Jef shall serve as sufficient proof.

Article 3 – Prices, Fees and Payment

3.1 Prices include VAT, shipping costs are excluded.

3.2 Payment platform fees may be passed on to the customer.

3.3 In the event of reversal, the goods remain our property.

3.4 In case of late payment, collection fees will be charged.

3.5 In case of breach, we may terminate the agreement immediately.

3.6 Goods remain property until full payment is received.

3.7 Payment must be made in cash unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 4 – Delivery / Delivery Times

4.1 Shipping usually occurs within 24 hours after payment, and no later than 10 working days.

4.2 Delivery times are indicative and not binding.

4.3 In case of delay, we offer a refund or a new delivery date.

Article 5 – Right of Return

5.1 Return possible within 7 days (unused, in original packaging).

5.2 Please notify us in advance by email: info@willys.be.

5.3 No return possible for customized items.

5.4 Return address: Stationsstraat 26, 3272 Testelt (include name, invoice number and date).

Article 6 – Force Majeure

6.1 We are not liable in case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances.

Article 7 – Risk and Liability

7.1 Shipping is at the customer's risk.

7.2 We accept no liability for damage or misuse.

7.3 The customer shall indemnify us against third-party claims.

Article 8 – Communication

8.1 We are not responsible for communication errors via internet or email.

Article 9 – Complaints

9.1 Our products meet general commercial standards.

9.2 Complaints must be reported within 7 days via info@willys.be.

9.3 Returns must be agreed upon – any damage may be deducted.

9.4 We strive to resolve justified complaints fairly.

Article 10 – Fairness

10.1 We act reasonably and fairly. No rights can be derived from leniency.

Article 11 – Registration

Jeep Parts Jef is registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Leuven under number BE0453.588.925.

Article 12 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 Belgian law applies to all agreements.

12.2 Competent court: Leuven.
