Application
For use on trailers and vehicles with 12 volt electrical system. Originally these 12V units were fitted to Dodge WC Command Cars and Carry-Alls. Also suitable for jeeps and other military vehicles converted from 6V to 12V.
Installation notes
The left rear light has one single connection (A719) and one double connection (A1729). Ensure proper earthing via the housing or separate earth wire. Check voltage before installation - using a 12V lamp on a 6V system or vice versa will damage the unit.
Compatibility
NOT compatible with original 6V systems without modifications. For trailers: verify voltage of the towing vehicle. Left and right rear lights are not interchangeable - the left unit contains the red service/stop light, the right unit has the blackout stop light.
