✅ Cylinder Head Bolt Torque – Willys MB Engine (Go Devil 134 cu in):

60 to 65 ft-lb

Equivalent to approximately 81 to 88 Nm
🔧 Important Tips When Tightening:

Always use a torque wrench for accuracy.

Follow the correct tightening sequence – typically a spiral pattern from the center outwards to prevent warping the head.

Tighten in stages:
-
First pass: ~35 ft-lb
-
Second pass: ~50 ft-lb
-
Final pass: 60–65 ft-lb
-

Engine must be cold when torquing the head bolts.
-
After the first heat cycle, recheck the torque and retighten if necessary.
