⚙️ TECHNICAL DATA SHEET – TUBE RADIATOR WATER OUTLET CONNECTING – HOTCHKISS M201

DESCRIPTION

Metal tube connecting the water outlet housing (thermostat housing) on the cylinder head to the upper radiator inlet. Standard on the Hotchkiss M201, replacing the one-piece rubber hose of the early MB.

APPLICATION

  • Jeep Hotchkiss M201 (1955–1967)

  • Engine: Willys-licensed Go-Devil L-134

  • Location: upper connection cylinder head ↔ radiator

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

  • Material: bent steel tube

  • Finish: painted black or OD green

  • Length: approx. 185 mm (7 ¼")

  • Outer diameter: Ø 38 mm (1½")

  • Mounting: fitted with 2 short rubber hoses + clamps

  • Function: directs coolant from cylinder head to radiator

  • Maintenance: inspect for corrosion, leaks, and rust
