3-terminal junction block for the headlamp wiring on WWII military vehicles. Mounts on the inside of the left wing and connects the main wiring harness to the headlamp/grille harness. Suitable for post-war Willys CJ models and Dodge WC series.

Application
Willys CJ-2A (1946-1949), CJ-3A (1949-1953), CJ-3B (1953-1964), CJ-5 (1955-1971). Also suitable for Dodge WC ½-ton and ¾-ton 4x4 lorries (1942-1945). Note: WWII Willys MB and Ford GPW use the 2-terminal variant.
Installation notes
The block is mounted with two screws on the inside of the left wing. Ensure the mounting location is free from rust and dirt for proper earth connection. Use the correct mounting hardware (bolted with lock washer and nut).
Compatibility
This 3-terminal junction block is for post-war civilian Jeep models (CJ-2A and later) and Dodge WC vehicles. WWII Willys MB and Ford GPW use a 2-terminal junction block without the additional connection for the blackout drive lamp. From late CJ-2A production (after serial number 47099) the 3-terminal version became standard.
Historical context
During WWII, Willys MB and Ford GPW used a 2-terminal junction block. With the introduction of the civilian CJ-2A after the war, an additional terminal was added for more extensive lighting circuits, resulting in this 3-terminal design that became standard on all post-war Jeep models.
