Historical context
The Lubrication Guide Chart Holder (Willys part A-12716) was installed on MB jeeps from serial number MB-387532 through MB-438052. After this serial number, lubrication charts were supplied on folded paper and stored in the glove box. Ford GPW continued using the holder longer than Willys.
