Installation notes
Insert one end through the hole in the pedal arm, the other end into the hole of the mounting bracket on the frame. The spring is under tension — use suitable pliers during fitting to avoid slipping. Check that both pedals return freely after fitting.
Compatibility
Fits all military jeeps (MB, GPW, M201, M38, M38-A1) and early civilian CJ models with mechanical clutch. Note: suitable for vehicles with single-cylinder master brake cylinder and 9" brakes. For later CJ models with different pedal configuration, a different spring may be required.
