The drop (depth) is insufficient for the later T90 transmission — therefore does NOT fit CJ-2A or CJ-3A without modifications. Transmission rubber mount (18608.01) is fitted separately. Check before fitting that existing mounting holes in the frame rails are not torn out.

Suitable for: Willys MB and Ford GPW (1941-1945) with T84 transmission and Dana 18 transfer case. NOT suitable for: CJ-2A, CJ-3A and later models with T90 transmission — these require a different crossmember with greater drop.
