One-piece skid plate for late production Willys MB with internal expanding handbrake. This plate protects the underside of transmission and transfer case against stones, mud and terrain damage. Made from steel in the correct thickness and with the original design including cutout for the larger handbrake drum.

Willys MB from serial number 373337 (September 1944) with internal expanding handbrake. Not suitable for earlier MB with external contracting handbrake — these used WO A-1253 with optional extension A-5415.
Installation notes
Fastened with carriage bolts to chassis and cross members. Please note: the cutout at the rear must be correctly positioned for the handbrake drum. Before fitting, verify that your vehicle actually has an internal expanding brake.
Compatibility
ONLY for late Willys MB (Sept. 1944+) with internal expanding handbrake. NOT suitable for: early MB (until Sept. 1944) with external contracting brake, Ford GPW (used its own skid plate), Slat grille MB (different version). Early MB used WO A-1253.
