Installation notes

Screw coarse thread into engine block, apply high-temperature threadlocker to coarse thread side if necessary. Cylinder head torque: 60-70 ft/lbs (81-95 Nm) following standard torque procedure. After initial running period, re-torque cylinder head to maintain proper sealing.

Compatibility

NOTE: these are studs for L-134 flathead engine with 15 studs. Do not confuse with F-134 engine (uses 15 bolts, different length). Check whether your engine is L-head (flathead) or F-head configuration.
