Installation notes
Mounts to the left-hand side of the engine to cylinder head bolts. Together with the right-hand side bracket (GPW-9629R), it supports the oil bath air filter body. When fitting, check all spot welds are intact to prevent cracking.
Compatibility
Specific to Ford GPW late production (February 1943 - 1945). Not compatible with early production GPWs with pancake air filter or Willys MB (which have their own part numbers). Note: early and late brackets are not interchangeable due to different crossover tube configuration.
