Bronze bearing bushings for cluster countershaft gear - Willys MB / Ford GPW
High-quality bronze bushings for the cluster gear of the T84 gearbox. These bushings are pressed into both ends of the cluster gear and are essential for correct operation and service life of the transmission. Suitable for Willys MB, Ford GPW and early civilian Jeeps with T84 transmission.

Features

★ These bushings are fitted between the countershaft and the cluster gear and play a crucial role in oil supply via the 'mickey mouse' cutouts in the thrust washers. When replacing, always check the thrust washers for wear and adjust the end play correctly between 0.004" and 0.016" according to TM 9-1803B specifications.

Mounting
- 1. Remove old bushings from cluster gear (press out from one side) 2. Thoroughly clean bore in cluster gear 3. Press new bushings into both ends of cluster gear 4. Place spacer between both bushings 5. Check cluster gear end play after assembly (0.004"-0.016")
