Replacement part for Willys MB, Ford GPW and M201
Original specification countershaft for the Warner T84 gearbox. This shaft supports the cluster gear assembly and rotates on two bronze bushings in the transmission case. Critical component for power transmission between input shaft and main shaft.

★ The countershaft is a critical component often replaced during overhaul due to wear at the front and rear where the shaft rotates in the transmission case. A worn countershaft hole in the case can lead to leakage and incorrect gear alignment.

Mounting
- 1. Place cluster gear with thrust washers in transmission case, large gear towards rear 2. Slide countershaft from rear through cluster gear 3. Align with pre-drilled holes for lock plate 4. Check axial play cluster gear: 0.004" - 0.016" (TM spec) 5. Install lock plate and secure both ends
