★ The T84 transmission in the WWII Jeep has two shift forks: one for 2nd/3rd gear (WO-636196) and this one for low/reverse (WO-636197). When the fork is worn or damaged, shifting problems occur, especially when engaging 1st gear and reverse. Always check the thickness of the fork arms and the groove in which the shift rail runs during overhaul.
