Complete cluster gear assembly (countershaft gear) for the Warner Gear T84 gearbox, as fitted to Willys MB, Ford GPW and Hotchkiss M201 vehicles. This essential component carries all four forward gears and forms the heart of the T84. Suitable for repair or overhaul of the gearbox. Supplied with bushings for direct installation.

★ The cluster gear is the most heavily loaded component in the T84 and often the cause of wear in gearbox problems. During overhaul, always inspect bushings, thrust washers and countershaft.

Mounting
- 1. Place steel thrust washer on pin at rear of case 2. Slide bronze rear thrust washer (mickey mouse cutouts) onto countershaft 3. Install cluster gear with bushings onto countershaft 4. Place large bronze front thrust washer 5. Check axial play: 0.004"-0.016" (factory spec), aim for 0.004"-0.006" during overhaul
