Upper guide plate (shift plate upper) for the shift rod in the top shifter tower of the T84 gearbox. This component guides the shift cane (gear lever) and ensures correct movement in the H-shift pattern. Essential for smooth shifting in the Warner T84J transmission of the Willys MB and Ford GPW.

★ The 'fingers' of this guide plate must be correctly formed (approx. 9.5 mm spacing, slightly rounded) to guarantee smooth shifting. If damaged or worn, difficult shifting or jumping out of gear may occur.

Mounting
- 1. Remove old guide plate by drilling out rivets 2. Position new plate on the bottom of the shift tower 3. Secure with rivets (rivets) at original position 4. Check that 'fingers' are correctly oriented for H-shift pattern 5. Test movement of shift cane through all gears
