Shift rail for operating 2nd and 3rd gear in the Warner T84J transmission of Willys MB and Ford GPW (1941-1945). This rail moves the shifter fork that operates the synchronizer hub for synchronized shifting between second and third gear. Essential component of the shift mechanism that works together with the shift plate, interlock system and poppet balls for correct gear selection.
