Mounting
- 1. Position reverse idler gear in transmission housing 2. Slide shaft through gear, ensure slot is correctly aligned for lock plate 3. Install countershaft and reverse idler shaft lock plate in both slots 4. Check that lock plate is correctly positioned in recess of transfer case housing
