Professionally rebuilt 3-speed Warner T84J with synchronised 2nd and 3rd gear
Fully rebuilt and tested original T84 transmission for Willys MB and Ford GPW (1941-1945). The Warner T84J is the authentic 3-speed gearbox with synchronised second and high gear as specified in TM 9-1803B. This unit has been completely disassembled, inspected, fitted with new bearings, oil seals and gaskets where required, and functionally tested. Ready for installation.

Mounting
- 1. Check clutch pedal free travel before fitting (see TM 9-803) 2. Fit transmission and transfer case assembly on rubber mounts to frame centre crossmember 3. Fit engine stay cable from engine rear plate to transmission support crossmember 4. Fit ground strap from transmission to floor plate 5. Fill transmission with specified oil to correct level 6. Recheck clutch pedal free travel and adjust if necessary
