Mounting
- 1. Position hardened steel washer at rear of case (index pin in recess) 2. Install rear bronze washer with cut-outs facing outward 3. Position countershaft gear with large gear to front 4. Slide front bronze washer (thinnest) into place 5. Measure axial end play: 0.004"-0.016" per TM 9-1803B (target value during overhaul 0.004"-0.010")
