- Countershaft end play: 0.004-0.016 inch (manufacturer tolerance) Wear limit: 0.016 inch Thrust washer thickness varies: front ~0.030-0.032 inch, rear (steel) ~0.056-0.066 inch, rear (bronze) ~0.054-0.063 inch
