Replacement gasket for the valve cover (rocker cover) of the GMC 270 ci (4.4 litre) overhead valve straight-six engine. This engine was fitted to WWII military vehicles such as the GMC CCKW 2½-ton 6×6 lorry and the amphibious DUKW.

★ The GMC 270 engine produced 91.5 to 104 bhp and formed the reliable heart of thousands of CCKW lorries and amphibious DUKW vehicles during the Second World War. A correct valve cover gasket prevents oil leakage and protects the valve train.
This part is intended for the restoration of historic military vehicles. Fitting, aligning, deburring or reworking is part of that work and is inherent to the nature of these goods. Dimensional variation also exists between original vehicles.
