Mounting

  1. Slide the synchroniser hub onto the main shaft with the long end of the hub facing forward Install the snap ring to secure the hub Place blocking ring in the synchroniser Check that shifter plates are correctly positioned in the grooves of the hub Verify that the synchronisator sleeve moves smoothly over the hub
