This axial washer must be fitted on both sides of the intermediate gear on the reinforced shaft. Use two washers per assembly. Ensure correct positioning to guarantee proper axial clearance. Check condition of needle bearing and shaft during assembly.
Compatibility
Only suitable for M201 with reinforced intermediate gear shaft (from chassis 1056 onwards). NOT compatible with earlier M201 production or with Willys MB/Ford GPW which have a different transfer case construction.
