This clutch disc fits all Dodge WC-series vehicles from the period 1940-1945, including the 1/2 ton models (G505), 3/4 ton models (G502) and 1-1/2 ton 6x6 models (G507). Used in combination with the 230 ci (3.8 litre) L-head six-cylinder engine and 4-speed non-synchromesh gearbox that was standard on these vehicles from mid-1941 onwards.
Installation notes
Before fitting, check that the hub slides smoothly over the gearbox input shaft without binding. Ensure correct centring with an alignment tool. Always replace the pilot bearing (spigot bearing) when replacing the clutch disc. After fitting, correctly adjust the free play of the clutch pedal according to technical manual specifications.

Specific for Dodge WC-series with 10-spline gearbox. NOT compatible with later 23-spline versions or with Willys MB/Ford GPW (these have 8" diameter). Note: diameter and spline count must match the original specification of your vehicle.
