MB Body with 3 Lids – Composite ACM Type II
Late production 1944-1945 – electro-galvanised steel
Complete body for late Willys MB and Ford GPW jeeps from the period June 1944 to August 1945. This reproduction follows the ACM Type II composite design: a standardised body manufactured by American Central Manufacturing for both makers. With correct pressings, pre-drilled mounting holes and Ford-style deep floor ribs.

Features
- ACM Type II composite body – historically correct reproduction for late Willys MB and Ford GPW
- Rear panel without stamping – no external fuel cap (fuel tank beneath driver's seat)
- Ford-style floor with deep reinforcement ribs – round tool box lock cutout
- Rounded toeboard gussets (3 holes) – Ford/composite feature from January 1944
- Original WO-5009 (Willys) / FM-34809-S (Ford) – Government Group 0106D,0102,0607
- Suitable for restoration of MB from chassis number approx. MB 300000 and GPW from September 1943
- All mounting points pre-drilled: seats, dashboard, fuel tank mounting, bow supports, accessories
- Sheet thickness per original WWII spec: gauge 16 (~1.2 mm main structure), gauge 18 (~1.0 mm detail)
- Corrosion-resistant through electro-galvanising – suitable for welding and further assembly
